This quartet was recorded MLK day in 2005. We all had the day off from work, linked up at the warehouse Gabe and I lived at and played... Gerritt showed up later in the day, this was recorded the same day/session as the gold triangle covered YS/Axolotl collab CDR. It was an inspired day of jamming for us, in our cavernous, sunny warehouse in Oakland. Liz did the art, we got a bunch of junk jewel cases from a friend who worked at amoeba, I think this was released very shortly after it was recorded... Like days not weeks style. Root Strata did an LP edition a bit later on..

We're putting this up on MLK day 2021 and we'll be donating 100% of income from downloads to the LA Black Worker Center.
